Massive Thanks! Part III A gigantic "thank you" to Avedon Carol of the The Sideshow. Unfortunately, I can't thank Avedon with a gender-based term of respect, since I don't know, either factually or in a likelihood sense, whether the name "Avedon" is given to males or females. So, in addition to my thanks for the links, my apologies to Avedon for not knowing (just yet) whether to use "Mr." or "Mrs." or "Miss" or "Ms". Addendum, 10 August 2002.
